im gonna try ask the edf guys

is 4.8v enought to run my rx and servos.i want to run a batt instead of bec.
or should i go run typical 64 to 70 mm edfs.

6v is almost always better, but I do run some 4.8v packs on low-draw setups (6 servos or less).
You'll be A-Okay with 4.8v, gas guys running higher servo loads did it for years! lol

4.8v is plenty, for standard servos. If you're running digis or high torques, then 6v is better

If you run 6V just make sure the servos you have will run on 6 volts.

^No, run rechargables. MUCH better. For 4 AA's, a 5 cell NiMH will replace them.

of cource rechargeable but could i get away with triple a nimh.i think they are 650 mah
