well all kidding aside, yes u can re move the motor and lightly oil the bearings but in doing so u may cause more problems than u are preventing. the fan must be disassembled to access the bearings and if if runs smooth now and or u are not used to fan work, u may not want to go there.

as far as the rest of the plane goes , many have changed servos , but again , its working well , imo dont mess w/ it.

when i get to the place u are at i just fly the plane like i stole it, then , usually i create something to fix.

chuck.

Im new to EDF Jets, I'm buying a brand new Habu this Friday.. super excited!! Any suggestions on retracts I should get? Should I get struts with them? Please leave a comment with brand name, sizes, etc and/or website.

And whats the alternative to the brightest afterburner led set up without killing your pockets with a hyperdyne lab brand one?

You better stock up on habu parts if you are just now getting one. They are about to be discontinued.

I just got my hobbywing 100a esc today. Hope to try it out tomorrow!

Not yet, I don't think. I believe the PNP will continue (but is on backorder right now). That said, if they're canceling some portions of the Habu, it's only a matter of time until they can the whole thing.

Parts are available, but both PNP and BNF are discontinued. I hope this means they have another Parkzone EDF coming soon!

What motor, esc and battery are you using? Where did you get the 10 blade fan? How many amps?
