I agree. For the venders info the address format should be:

first name, last name
####, street name, appt # (if needed)
City, State, zip code
USA

I just placed an order from Ebay and their website today, so the race is on...
Cheers,
Jim

But the one thing they need to change is the "mailing address" formatting software there website has.

Great! I see you might be changing the phone number format too so that would be good. I had to look up the prefix for calling from HK to US (0011) to get it to finally accept my phone number. From the looks of your format you are just looking for the 3 digit areacode and 7 digit phone number that we here in the US are used to. I'm sure other countries have similar problems with not knowing what the international prefix number is when you dial from HK to their country.
Cheers,
Jim

Hey Nina, is there a way to calibrate the balancer/ watt meter? My six cells are off by .06,.04,.01,.05,.05,.02. When I have a battery plugged into the "power source" side, that reading is off by .1v on a 3cell pack. I don't know if the amperage readings are correct because I have nothing to compare it to.

EDIT: If you plug a fully charged (and balanced) 6 cell pack into the balance port and power source plug, then hold esc and select, it will calibrate the balance portion. I haven't figured out how to calibrate the power source input.

My props arrived in good shape. Was worried about the address thing but all is fine.

Anyone have a heads up on the E series props? http://www.rctimer.com/index.php?app...=82&order=DESC

Thanks Nina

I had ordered from them. Just a pack of 10 T connectors. Took 18 days from order date, to arrive in BC, Canada. I just placed another order. We'll see how long this one takes.

Placed two recent orders; 11-02-09, & 11-07-09. Neither order has arrived as yet, though marked a "shipped"; going on two weeks, longer than my previous order. Maybe Hong Kong Post is getting busy? Only time will tell.

I ordered from them once so far. Took 3 weeks to receive my order. As it was my first order, I was just concerned that it would arrive. Speed of delivery was not priority. I didn't even pay to get a shipping number, just wanted to test their excellent prices and integrity. Yes, their e-commerce web site could use software improvements. But I have faith in the company. Appears they just got sick of fee-bay, and thought "why not our own website?"
Good thinking.
