GAUI tiger Shark Delta w/MMX fan

Hi guys,

As promised here we go. Start by cutting a gap in the ring that fits over the fan. This is for the wires to feed through. Then thin CA the ring to the fan and attach the fan/motors wires to the esc. This is the 3s version so I'm using a CC-60 but the Pentium-60 will work just as well.
Next dremel out the spots I marked on both fuse sides so the fan fits snug but the fuse half join without forcing them.
Take a file and open a hole for the servo wires to go into the fuse.

HS-65MG servos glued in with foam safe. The fan is secured with 5 minute epoxy. I use 30 minute epoxy to glue the fuse together.

I found it too.
Hey Digger. Is it my imagination or is the esc not going to be getting much cooling air in that location?

OK look for a mold circle just in front of the servo. Push a small Phillips through the center to start the hole.
Take the CF tube and file one end so it is sharp. Push and twist the CF until you have a hole in the side of the fuse. Do the same thing to the other side then insert the rod but don't glue it.

OK Digger it's time to get back to "work" in here. Mine just showed up at work today via Fedex so I'm ready to start building.

Got mine painted red..(Fuse)...Servos installed...Motor area Reamed out...I'm gonna try some epp Foam as an additional liner inside..These are very fragile Fuselages..that should be reinforced one way or another....Does anyone Know if 3M Super 77 will attack this Foam...I know its OK on EPP..was thinkin of Makin a Liner inside with 3 mil EPP.. ...or 1/64 Plywood strips..Billy..
