Dan Stevens Memorial fly in at Hodges Hobbies Oct. 9-10 2009


October 9-10 2009
Hodges Hobbies is holding the 2nd annual Dan Stevens Memorial Fly-in. Open flying all weekend, concessions will be open Friday and Saturday. Pilot fee is $10 Spectators are free. Come out and see the new B-29 do the world famous aerial demonstration!!!
Camping is allowed, and a limited number of power and water hookups for campers are available.

The Fuel Fly-ins are always full.. Almost like SEFF!!

I can't wait till I fly my 99% electric.. I have just one GAS plane.... and it's BI..

So.... How come this bigger event has almost no discussion around here? The week-ago informal fly-in had vastly more coverage. Just trying to gage whether it's worth the drive for me or not? (from Alabama, not NY!)

ill try to bring my camper wed or thurs night to get it set up.i may or may not be staying fri night as my daughter is making a scarecrow for a contest at the perry fair fri night.but i may not have to go.
