but O M G this is freaking awesome as

on a fun scale to 10 fpv is a 14

first flight... had a 9x5 graupner cam, way underpowered only could glance at my laptop screen for 5 seconds... later hooked up to a watt meter only 4.5 amp haha

the guy who taught me to fly and an 11x8 so put it on... results pulls 10.9 amps now and climbs at 35 40 degrees... exactly wat im looking for

slapped on the myvus and realized i needed to make a sun shade... so i flew around for 5 minutes with my left hand blocking out the sun....


it is easy for me to fly fpv and i will prolly be landing via goggles within the first 5 flights... reason being im on fsx prolly 6 hours a week with a hotas n rudder pedal setup...

also the motor is a U-H bought turnigy 2040 130L 2080kv inrunner $16.50
smooth little inrunner

and it bolts to the gear box and the stock pinion gear fits the shaft

im also runnin the flight max 2200 25c 3s xtra thin pack as well... it is only a couple mm taller than the 8 cell nimh that is recommended

off to dream about flying fpv, recordings will come later

i will also add the reason i flew googles on so soon is that i have flow av/ap before and know what it is like and i also know the area from the air.. even then i did get turned around a couple times (mostly due to glare in the goggles)
