Post: MSR transmitter mod

My stick extension mod works great for those of us with large
hands. Adjustable, reversable, cheap. Looks hokey, but totally
does the job!

Besides the cusker mod for MSR, are there any mods to strengthen the swash? Particularly the arm end ball links? Like the MCX they can break off very easilly when trying to adjust the swash

Myself and eatatjoes have come up with an alternative to tape/heat shrink for the tail rotor. You can add this if you like.

I am working on it...

I started over reading the thread Blade MSR Confirmed. PICs Below + video and video review , about where the mSR's actually started getting into peoples hands, and I have been going through it, page by page.

I think I am up to page 16 (100 posts per page) with about another 15 or so to go.

Of course, I still have the hundred or so other mSR threads to go through, and that's just on RCGroups.

for those with weak mSR tail motor

For those who are having their tail not holding on a throttle punch it could mean your tail motor is starting to die. You will eventually have to get a new motor BUT in the meantime I found that if you use the propeller from one of those Silverlit x-twin planes (or similar) like this one:
It is a bit longer than stock and works excellent. It holds the tail much better even with the dying motor and when I get my new motor I might just keep this blade for the tail.
Give it a try-- you will get a better hold on the tail.
