Good morning Philip and to all. The biggest electrical storm that I ever seen lasted for 6 hours and it was shaking the house violently. Kids were very scared. Winds first two hours were 50 to I would say 85 to 90 guest as shingles were flying off my roof and metal flying. Need to see damage this morning. The storm when Jen and I were out side could barley stand up without holding on to something strong.

Thermals the path to elevation

Rained all night in the east valley with .96 of an inch at the house. Nice soaking. More on tap for the next two days, but yesterday was the biggest Monsoon hit in years. Like the old days back in the 80's and 90's.

G-man - when we go up on the roof to fix shingles, can we put the "Monster Rules Red Bull" sign up and see what happens

Monday evening, there was a huge cloud right over what could have been your house, clearly visible from Ahwatukee. Inside the cloud, lightning was going off non-stop like giant nuclear explosions. Never seen anything like it before.

But could you find any thermals anywhere ??

we're getting the more gentle storms here, lots of rain so the creek at work is running fast and deep, and I don't think I'm getting thru it to go for lunch abit later....

If you have HO insurance, you probably can claim for new roof. I am working here in LA since last windstorm in Dec. 2011.

Yes it did the house was shaking for about six hours

Would anybody from Phoenix or Tucson be able to bring a DLG-sized package to the team select to deliver to one of the Utah boys? It'd be very much appreciated
