you can probably debond it with lots of acetone or debonder.

I've gotten a few apart that way.

I get the elevators on there and positioned like I want and then glue the ca hinges. Then I go back and wick in thin CA around the joiner. Impossible to mess it up.

I too went through the learning curve of building. It's fun, but sometime expensive.

I almost had the same thing happen except mine weren't level with each other. I was able to use debonder and carefully cut between the wood and joiner. I got it all lined up now and is good to go. I wish I would have had Joe's advice.

Gorilla glue for me. Same concept as epoxy but easier to clean up. Just wet the joint before you glue and then let it expand out of the joint for a few hours. The excess pops off easily with a hobby knife.

The kind of alcohol you can buy at Lowes or Home Depot can be used to wipe off epoxy (as long as you get it before it cures), and it also works well to thin epoxy when using for fuel proofing etc... Don't use the kind of alcohol that you buy at a grocery store as it contains too much water.

That was the whole point of using thin ca, get everything all lined up, glue the ca hingeds, and then wick in thin around the joiner.
