DC3 Top Flite electric conversion

The flight of an American Airlines DC3 Top Flite

DC-3 RC Top Flite Maiden Flight (3 min 59 sec)

A comment about the figure at 2'18" : I had some troubles when I activated the flaps
- 1st trail with elevator mixed with flaps as written in the manual (2.5mm up): the plane goes up.
- 2sd trail with elevator mixed with flaps 1mm down. You can see the result on the video at 2'18": a kind of roll over. It's the reason I don't use them for the landing and had some stress for the landing.

thanks for posting that - very nice looking DC3

upon takeoff did you notice the plane wanting to roll to the right?

if it did, did you have to put in much correction?

Thanks for your comments,

I had just to trim (a little bit) the elevator.
The problem with the flaps seems fixed (less stroke for the flaps and 1mm elevator down with the flaps open)
I had just to take time to make the 4th flight to try this and to land more slowly...
