Interesting stuff.... it won't end the need for the stuff in the ground, but may cut it back a bit.

It's amazing. I've been an avid reader of science fiction for years. As my life goes by I continue to see more and more of the concepts from those stories coming to real-life fruition. I don't know how many stories I've read that talk about sending all types of waste, including human bodies, "into the recycle tank". It is so great to be alive in these times to see all of this stuff happening. I'm waiting to read a news report of someone inventing a "rejuvenation tank" for human body parts. Just drop someone in the tank for a few days, weeks or however long and they come out with a brand new leg or arm or whatever it was they needed. This concept has been a science fiction staple for a long time. It wouldn't surprise me to see it in my lifetime. Exciting times.

Sparky Paul, I was thinking the same thing.

Does that date us, or just show that we have bad taste

I'd like a machine that could take the piles of unfinished paperwork on my desk and turn them into a bigger office with a raise. With that would come a bigger desk and even more unfinished paperwork. The excess could be used to produce brushless motors and computer radios as needed.

Win-win!

There is now a diesel out that is being make solely by Soy beans. It has a higher Cetane (more power) than regular diesel and it burns totally clean. They say the exhaust smells like french... er Freedom Fries cooking. There are a few construction companies that use this Soy Diesel exclusively and they say it works extremely well. Since it burns so clean a side benefit is that the engines run better and last longer. Do a search and look it up, pretty interesting.
