I have to go pick up some 1/2" Aluminum tomorrow, and will make them then. I thought I had enough but didn't....and the place where I get my material is not open on Saturday or Sunday....

After talking with Mike at Aero Models I went with the A60-5s an APC 20x11 and 8s 4000

Pull pull on the rudder

Maidend yesterday, with the packs against the wing tube it was just neutral/tail heavy, moved them a half inch forward and it is very close, more flights to come.

Sweet power

So little coupling I can not tell if I need any mixing

Back out for more in a couple minutes

Os motor

No problem Steve! What a sweet running motor this thing is! I cant fly it with those standoffs but I can sure listen to it run and NOT DIE! Here is a Video from earlier.

If your saying the hole is to big I think you need to get a new prop. I'm not sure if you can fill it and redrill, perhaps so if the hole is dead center if not, the prop will spin out of wack.

if its too big best option is to use a spacer on the prop shaft, like a bushing of some sort. that will keep everything lined up

APC props come with some spacers that may work.. If not use tape as a spacer... it will go around the shaft evenly and hold prop centered until the nut clamps down on it and keep it in place.

Craig sells prop bushings for the OS GT33 that fix this specific problem.

Don't think I'd use tape on the shaft, bushing of some sort would be better if he can find one to fit the exact size of the hole then drill it out to the prop shaft size. Personally, I'd get a new prop and make sure it fits the shaft or is smaller than the shaft so it can be reemed out.

I thought that I had heard this was a common issue with the OS Motor. That is probaly why some people run the electric Prop because it fits perfect on my 21x10 PJN Xoar Prop. Doug The prop I am using has not been drilled at all the shaft of the OS is just smaller. I ran it today just by butting the nuts up to it....but I know that was causing some vibration from not balancing properly.

If the prop has not been drilled at all how'd you get it on the shaft
