how to connect and charge a lipo battery park? my fist time!

hi, am new to this and need a lot of help with this things. i have read and study about lipo batteries. so i know almost all about the don't and do's.

im going to charge my first lipo battery pack in my life and want to make sure that am doing correct. and what is the correct order to connect it.

am going to used the Electricfly Triton EQ that charger, discharger, cycler, balancer.

charging a common sence 11.1v 1650mAh

what i want to know of how do i start. like do a turn on first the charger and then connect the battery and then program the charger or first plug the battery and then turn on the charger.......???????

Turn the charger on, and from there, you can plug the battery in. Doesn't matter if you plug it in before programming, or after

also do i plug first the balance cable and then main plug?

Really does not matter since there is no power coming out of the charger leads until you start the charging process.
