SPORT-E-STIK Build Question

I got my Sport-E-Stick pretty well built this afternoon, but I ended up with a "few" extra pieces - 18 of 'em actually. They're the radiused triangular bits on the same 1/4 balsa sheet that has the elevator. I don't see them mentioned in the instructions, but I'm guessing they're laminated together and glued to F-2 to make up some sort of leading edge shelf in the fuse.

Other than the mystery parts problem, this thing goes together very fast - about 4 hours from start to get it all framed upo and ready for covering. Nice!

i've got to take a look at the instructions. I might have missed that in the writing. Those do get laminated together and glued on the top of the leading edge of the wing (the curved section fits the airfoil) to fare it into the former.

Thanks Gary. Didn't see it in the instructions, but it all makes perfect sense. Thanks, Pete
