Cell Pro 10 S with 2 batteries

I just received my Cell Pro 10-S.

Question- let's say I hook up two (2) 4000 mAH batteries to it - next I go to the menu button and select a charge of 1C which would be 4000mAH.....

Now I have to ask , will both output chargine jacks A and B which are hooked up to the two batteries send 4000mAH to each battery ??? or ....

would the Cell Pro 10S split my 4000mAH charge selection into a split of 2000mAH out both of the (2) output charging jacks?

Charge rate would be 4A for each of the batteries.
When two LiPolys are connected using two sets of charging and balancing leads the CP10 sees it as a single battery, thus two 3S are charged as a 6S. This feacture works most effeciently with LiPolys of the same capacity that are flown connected in series or in paralle (both must be same cell count for parallel useage) . If two batteries of different capacities are different states of charge are charged together the chargers out put will be reduced when the first LiPoly reaches the CV (balancing) stage which will mean the low battery will be charged at a low rate fior the remainder of its' charge.
