More commercial frames

They look good.
They look solid.
They are pricey.

Hey, it's not my fault!
I didn't make the prices. Only found them on the net...

My posts are only meant for informational purposes. I don't say you'll have to buy all those million-dollar-babies.

i think i want to pursue building a frame based on 12mm tubing since i fly a number of 450's... i pretty much know how i want to construct the center hub, but im uncertain on how to best mount the motors. im not committed to any particular motor yet. undecided on tri or quad as well. so.... any pointers on how to terminate the motor end of 12mm trex booms? cheers!

Yes - there is a very simple and effective way to mount your motors to tubes that involves U-shaped pieces of alloy

If I only can find them pictures...

I would recommend the pinch block method of attaching the arms to the center piece and for the motor mounts. It is much quicker and easier to replace arms and motors using the pinch blocks on all arm materials.

Jim
