The GREAT RCRCM plane giveaway colour scheme competition!

OK guys, here it is:

We at RCRCM are learning from you daily on how to improve our planes, and we have received a huge amount of useful feedback.

Please keep it up…we LISTEN!

Now…we might think we are not too bad at designing and producing sailplanes for you all, but we have a problem…

We are so technical that we don’t know how to make super colour schemes!

So:

We are holding a competition to get your great ideas and use them on our products!

What we need are simple but innovative and attractive colour schemes and we are giving prizes!

1st place: Strega F3F plane
2nd place: Typhoon 2M plane
3rd place: Vector III aerobatic plane

Each painted in the winner’s colour schemes!

First 3 runners up: Plane Quiver.

Please take any or all of the drawing(s) below and use whatever software/photo magic you can, or even print/colour by hand/scan and make up a colour scheme that you think is a winner.

Then post the colour scheme you like here.

Competition will run from Monday August 17th through Monday August 31st – 2 weeks. After that the voting will start.

Simple voting numbers will decide the winners, who will be announced here after the voting closes on September 14th. Each person can only have one vote - please note!

That’s it…go for it lads! (And Lassies?)

James Hammond
RCRCM Designer

Caveat usus: Please guys do note that entering the competition automatically grants RCRCM the right to use any colour scheme that may be posted.

Shame you didn't use a cross tail pic as the vert is as vital to the looks as the wing tips.
Any limit on number of colours? And is the design to be sprayed into the moulds?

Simple, easily reproduced, and just as valid in other colours.

Underside to be same pattern, wing orange stripes to be black to aid orientation, or if more contrast desired invert scheme.

James, are there any limitations on how many different colours can be applied to the model?
