You got me! The bit about spinning your wheels and throwing gravel on him should have topped me off.

Perfect 3pt inverted landing!

They could have been grownups about it at least.

"Hey guys can't let you fly out here any more because _____________."

Would have saved them the cost of the signs and NOT made whoever did it look like a jerk!

Who knows? There could have been an incident with someone else. I haven't been there in a couple of weeks. I just hope some RCRC member didn't read the Rocket article and start making a stink. I know they used to before Spektrum. But it's on to WBC now - at least we still have that.

I will do that.

This really sucks but at least we have WBC as a backup.

That's not a bad idea. Jeff and I went over there a couple of years ago and there were some strategically placed large trees that would make it much more of a challenge. Unfortunately, I've been too busy to fly at lunch lately.

Edit: Actually, it doesn't look that bad after pulling up the satellite. Edit, Edit: After closer inspection, it has power line cris-crossing the west half of the field.

Well, T3hDad, you could ask your friends in the Garrison to take down those wires, poles, etc. since they are clearly no longer in use and they would be in your way for flying model aircraft there.

Someone needs to send an email to the contact at the rocket. All that is necessary is Jeff's picture of the sign and the word....Thanks.

How long does the Rocket keep articles? The links that Vicarious posted (#2574) are no longer available.

I emailed Amy along with attaching the fence photo.

She's reportedly out of the office till Tuesday May 2, and she won't be checking her email in the meantime.
