Well Wisconsin its pretty boring guys. I saw a Hobbytown USA on the bus ride from the airport to the base, but have no way of getting to it to check it out and kill time...

The next flights I will be logging are on the weekend of the 21st and 22nd. Dont crash your Helis guys, and we can get 3 up in the air!

Noooooo! Lol. At least you got it flying again, I have burned through all my spares so now if I crash I have to order parts.

nice flying gent! i like the view watching the swashplate, pretty good flying for a self proclaimed newb, lol. I cant even get a decent hover for half that long.

Im gonna try to get out and fly again soon when i fix my extra... the mustang went down a week ago and needs a new airframe (already been glued too many times), but alas the economy has caught up with me and i am out of work for a while :-( so im stuck flying what i have on hand and have parts for already, lol.

On the job note... im trying to go back to my roots and get back into car audio, my van is already loaded with most of my tools so ive put an ad on craigslist for mobile car audio installations. Ive already had a couple customers, but if i can spread my name around a bit more it may work out pretty well. If any of you guys know anyone needing some work done on their car drop me a line and we'll see if its something im set up to do (right now mostly radios, speakers, security, etc... im not set up for custom work yet).

Thanks guys!

Thanks, Nick! Time's hard for everyone today. So we fly with whatever we have at the moment. I also used up all my parts for the heli, Eric so I'm scaling back on flying the clone. I will be ramping up on the sim, LOL. These crashes are sooo hard on the pocket. If only these things are cheap....

Anyone flying today? I haven't heard from the other guys on the forum lately. Hope everything's ok at your end.

Happy Sunday,

Restlesswind and I flew over at Maidu Park in Roseville yesterday. Good time other than the fact that I hit the same damned light pole with two of my planes
No permanent damage done, but my Radian has a bit more glue on it today.

Hey Gent,

I was out there today around 10-11. I didn't see anybody out there so I left early.
I might head out in the evening time around 6-7

Here is the Boyeds video flying his Trex week ago.

Fishrfly's MIA. i miss the sound of his flying wings, LOL.
Ender, I can fly that clone with you next month when I'm back. You better conserve your parts till then...

I will try! But I will most likely end up like you with yours and plant it in the ground a couple times before you return.

I come home from Wisconsin on Tuesday, so I will be flying this comming Sunday.

Looks like it may just be me and you Jay.

I will PM fishRfly and try and talk him in to meeting up.

RestlessWind, Nick, any others We need a good group of planes out there again!!!

Nice, thats what I started on years ago. It was the Tower Hobbies brand .40 Trainer model (with Ailerons!) and was lots of fun to fly, but not to fix...

Our runway is too small for the nitro plane and way too many obstacle in the way over by Grant line rd.
I've been lading at the dirt field right behind there but its been some very rough landings
I messed up my front landing gear pretty bad.
I'm going to try to find a another spot. Have anybody tried the douglas blvd area yet?
Or any other suggestions for big open parking lot or a road without too many trees and light posts.
That 6-7lbs plane comes in pretty decent speed for landing.

All fly now...

I am still here!

Family life has been getting in the way of flying as of late with camping, trips to the bay area, and work. There may be a chance that I can make it out this next weekend.
