Yes, it's amazing how much of a difference the little things make. Just like the wedge-shaped inlet splitter plate. They all have a cumulative effect.

Wow!

Has it really been a month since I posted anything here?

I have been working on the model when I have time, though. I put the base blue, plus the yellow tips and the chrome leading edges.

It always such a relief to get the model to this stage.

The finish is done. Naturally, the 'match' paint (LusterKote) doesn't match the MoneyKote.

Next up is final assembly.

Very cool, Dan. The markings turned out nice. I'm sure the Lusterkote matches something, just not the Moneykote it's supposed to.
