How to install twin motors

Im interested in setting up a twin engine aircraft on a AR6100.
Due too me being new to installing the electric components
my self i thought i could get some "RC for dummies" hints

I have several brushless engines, ESC and lipo batteries.
What i have read so far is that one battery is the smartest
way to go. But what im after is a wiring diagram for one battery connected
to two ESCs with one engine each, all controlled by one channel
on the Rx. If someone can guide me to a thread where a beginner like
me can understand what to do, or even better, draw me a simple
wiring diagram in paint

Thanks in advance.

Not that difficult.

Solder the battery leads on both ESC's to a single connector, or use a simple parallel lead to connect the two ESC's. Use a single battery to power both, or another parallel lead if you want to parallel two batteries.

As for the rx wire, it somewhat depends if your ESC's BEC can be run in parallel or not. I know Castle ESC's can, there are others I've read that can't. Use a servo y connector and link the two ESC's together and run the y connector into the throttle position on your rx. If you determine the BEC's can't be run in parallel, you will have to deactivate one of the BEC's by removing the center wire from the the connector, or use an external BEC.

Sorry for no diagram, but I hope the description is simple enough to understand without it.

Lars here's a connection diagram for twin brushless.

And a link to my twin brushless Mosquito thread, (there are loads of other twins in various forums, but the Foamies (Scratchbuilt) is a good place to search) -

Good luck with your twin.

I am looking for some info on connecting 2 esc to a ar6400. I dont want to fry the rx with twice the input voltage. Any help would be great.
