guys this thread is only for EagleTree crew (Billpa) to alert, the users, in case of releasing new software update (Eagletree). (see the title of this thread "Latest Software Version info thread (DON'T POST TO THIS THREAD)")
Not change requests posted here, do it in a new thread.

@Heling: I think Xp783 would like to suggest changes to software.

Did you look at the revision histories on the download page?

http://www.eagletreesystems.com/inde...ormation_id=12

When you download their software it is a good ideas to rename the file as you save it to show the version you are saving. If you download version 10.52 change the default name from "setup.exe" to "setup_v10_52.exe" or something like that and you'll know what you have.

I have saved the versions as I moved up through them as just in case thing should I want to fall back to a previous version.

Yes i seen the revision history.
But there is no information about THE HISTORY

For example:
when a new software has buid "10.1"
Usualy there's informations about the changes between the 10.0 to 10.1
and the history between
10.1
10.0
9.0
...

You are right of course, I had not actually looked at the revision history. It is really only a summary of the changes for the current version.

Good luck with your question...

Hi,

Does someone have success with the latests versions AND a Win 10 computer ???

Here, few years ago, I was just able to run the soft with an Ooooold WinXP SP3 and overall USB 1 !!!

With USB2 or 3 ( win XP or 10 ) , the initial window closes as soon as my Guardian is connected ...

E.T. service looks to be unable to have a decent ( read : working ) solution ...

Has someone found a turnaround since 2016 ???

I run on Windows 10 (ver 2004) USB 2, no problem.

Run the program, and connect the guardian when the program asks for it.

Usb speed

Hi all,

I don't have a solution, but you may try to find a working setup in bios configuration.

At power on of your computer, Press Fx . According the brand, it can be F2, or F3, or F9 or any Fx key. It may be displayed a few second before starting Windows

Then find the USB configuration menu
- Full Speed is the USB 1.0 speed
- Hi Speed is the USB 2.0 speed

You have also : Legacy usb support

You may also try also another USB port. If you have a desktop, use an USB port located behind which are directly on the motherboard. Not those at the front panel.

Hope this help

I run windows 10 and have no issues updating or programming guardians. Load program and plug in device it should acknowledge the plug in device. Also you could try deleting your eagle tree program and reloading and new copy.
