MicroBeast say that they will add blade phasing on a future revision. I'll wager the price gets revised at the same time. I suspect MicroBeast did a pricing strategy that drew attention to their product in a very competitve field by having a smaller margin of profit. I don't believe that this will remain the same. They have a good product, but others are more feature rich for only a little more money.

Sure it will work. There are lots of multi-blade helis being flown with no electronic crutch.

Here's my Gaui EP100 with H300C body and 3 blade head

I've been flying this for about a year with a Skookum SK-360, AR6100 Rx and Quark gyro on the tail - but I decided to clean it up a bit and fit the SK-720.

Flies well - the head speed is a bit low at 2500 rrpm but I get a comfortable 5 mins with a 450mAh 2 cell hyperion battery. I'm using 3400kv Trex 250 motor on 2 cell. The tail rotor could do with higher rpm as I loose tail rotor authority now and ago - just have to lower the colective to get the rrpm back (just like the real thing)

I'm also building up a EP100 AS350 Ecureuil - this will have the SK-360 and Quark fitted.

That is a good looking 300C , have you tried 40mm or 42mm tail blades?

I really have become a big fan of the older 500's. It's just different enough to make it a standout from all the other flying eggs. I really like the way it looks and flys Sideways. Nice job.

My new custom painted MD500e!

Here she is! I got this 450 size KDS army green fuselage used off craigslist for $50, and it seems fairly light and durable. Has some flex to it so maybe a little shatter resistant.

I had to repaint since I knew that the army drab green would be impossible to see at a distance so I chose bright yellow and bright green!
I had her hovering in my living room today, and I can't wait to take her to the park and get her flying!

Btw, this is my first real heli, and I've only had about 5 flights on the bare airframe before adding the MD500e fuse. Hopefully things go well!

Give'em a listen with the volume at a safe level , don't want anyone to get hearing damage on acount of me.

I like the 2nd one (Sea Ranger) it's a little heavy but it will get your toe a tappin. artist -Five Horse Jonhson

do you need to mod much to make the TT cobra fit a HK450 ?

I could be wrong, but I don't think that you can as the TT Cobra is TT specific.
