For the canopy, I shaped a block of Balsa by..you guessed it, sanding. After that I covered the plug with regular saran wrap and two layers of medium cloth. This is adequate for now, but later I will use my vac former and make a couple of clear ones.

GDbot, you need to start drawing your pod & boom design. I will be lookiing for more 4 dollar booms at the used sporting goods store for you guys that are interested in making some P&B designs! Let your imagination go and we all benefit from it!

Done with the sanding and shaping, next to mount on the fuselage.

Started the V-tail mount and have made the tail removable. My daughter is 5'2" so you can assess the scale. The fuse now measures just under 6' long. Next the 165" wings! We are having fun now!!!

If you would make it a little bigger you could call it "Fore" As in Four Meter.. then everytime you come in for a landing you could Hollow "Fore!!!!!!"

Think about it you woudl have a clear landing zone everytime you come in.

At 165" it's 9" bigger than four meters! I could call it the "fore +". Good suggestions! Thanks.

oops I was thinking 4 x 4 = 16 ft.... Dohhh 4 x 3 = 12 feet.

Wheew in florida are you located. I will be moving there sometime soon.
