anyone flown this plane on a motrolfly? is the 4320 or the 4325 the motor of choice? i saw joe smiths video with the dle 20 and it seemed to have plenty, and that leads me to believe the 4320 may be the way to go.

4325-425 in mine. Flies with great authority and still light and floaty. 6s setup.
With an 18x10 it is very speedy and does awesome pop tops and high energy stuff.
On a 19x8 it does awesome nice low and slow stuff.

4325-425, 6s5300 pack. Generally putting back in about 4000-4100 mah after a flight.

8 cell set up

I am looking to put an 8 cell set up in my 70" velox thinking about a Motrolfly 4325-310 and I100 amp esc with a 19x8 prop, thoughts???

Also are you running a separate battery for RX or are you running it off the ESC??

open for comments, as I know we love to give

I would think it would be too heavy and difficult to balance. This plane flies best when it is light, hence why the 20-22cc motors are popular. I really should get my GT22 powered one out more often.

That is exactly my set up and its awesome. I do run an 18x8 though and it has crazy power and comes down cool.
