Hi rapmoz,

What a great find........I hope you'll get it complete & working eventually...please let us know..!

I'll try to help you out with the measurements....unfortunately this deed had to be done with a "blunt object"......i.e. with the vernier that came with RCM&E as a 'bonus gift' 25-30 years ago...does anyone remember..?
..and it is worn..
(Unfortunately my 'good' vernier was left at my work before the weekend...)

Thanks again Gluehand!
Maybe just try to screw the head of your webra on the lower thread of its cylinder, if its works, the threads are the same and we are good! Chris

As a matter of interest does anybody have the first Rekord with the blue head and radial mount only?
I'm yet to see one in the "flesh" as such. Now and then on German eBay though.

Advert from 1947, and a sight to bring back memories for all Aussie modellers.

Very good Dieter.....and my Rekord is two posts further on from yours.
Had forgotten all about that. I flew that model a couple of weeks ago, and the engine was starting first or second flick......beautiful engine.
