Hey Scraggy, who the hell is Cpt. Steve Shumate?

No.5 is flown by Lieutenant Commander David Tickle!!
But in Phoenix you cannot see this name in flight at all!

On the left Wing you have a grey triangel, but you told us you hadn't much time!

Wait for the next one!

Hope PhoenixRC will improve their models soon, they are getting old now.
Expected more of the F-18 model as it took them so long to release................

Bixler

Hey guys,

I have owned an Easy Star, and then bought a Bixler and gave the Easy Star to a struggling pilot to learn with. Since the Bixler is one of my favorite planes to kick back and relax with, I wanted to put it in Phoenix.

As you can see (Well maybe), it is all textured with foam, then I did up all the graphics by hand in Paint.NET. (It looks better in Phoenix, you cannot see the foam lines)

I have attached a zip file that contains the picture above, the actual .bmp that will modify the Easy Star's scheme and also included an 'easystar_aileron.pxv' file that modifies the Easy Star to include ailerons and adjusts the power settings. Just extract the files in the zip to - C:\Program Files (x86)\PhoenixRC\resources\objects\aircraft\fixedWi ng\Electric\easystar or wherever your install of Phoenix is.

This is my first attempt at skinning a plane so go easy ;-) Hope you enjoy!

Hi,

With the Magnum Reloaded so popular I asked myself if it is possible to make this cartoon plane for Phoenix?

Nope, users can't make any models. You can mail support with pics and specs so they will add it to their list.

Or get RealFlight, jeffpn created this model for this sim.

Indoor, outdoor, snow, water, gras, you can use the MR always and everywhere.
That's why it is good to have it in Phoenix.
There are thousands built already.

thx for the helpers
Here it is! That's what i can do for you! The Shuriken is very difficult to paint, because of the bad template the bottom side can't be paint as the original. The bottom side looks like the skin of a tiger because the bottom side is in the aileron template from the top side!
