Here's a new Hungarian airfield recently added to their list, BORGOND, with beautiful worn concrete runway textures. Perfect with practicing landings and takeoffs. Remember to create a new folder first under Flying Sites and then extract the contents to it. It's very good.

This one is bumpy! Be careful when taking off or you're stuck between the tiles. Works best with bigger models, like the Scale WW2 fighters. Very fun with the Spitfire, P-51 and the Corsair.

Helis and Planes
Not sure if anyone is interested but here is the Hawker Trainer in RCAF colours.

Just download the ZIP file and open the HAWKER TRAINER scheme in Phoenix Creator and import this scheme.

Been a while since I contributed to this thread so here is my attempt at changing the Hangar 9 Funtana 90 into the Hangar 9 Katana 50 colours. To be honest I did it because I've just bought a Katana and am still building it but wanted something the same for the sim!

Thanks

Stevie

Laszlo Csaba has his own archive where you can download his projects, several of his airfields are only to be found there. Here's a very detailed winter scenery, look for Telki winter HQ.ZIP in the linked page. Create a new folder under flying sites, name it Telki Winter, and extract the contents to it.

It's my local airport which we are allowed to fly from called St Angelo. The site for Phoenix is a work in progress. Scaling has been an issue because the runway is designed for full size planes and is almost 1 mile in length!

Another problem is collision objects - at the minute you can fly straight through the trees but as I said, WIP.

You can try it by downloading the following link: www.axlestand.org/StAngelo/Test

If you try it let me know what you think. Needs a lot of work but it really helped me out when learning to fly as it taught me the circuits (always in front if the original position) and landings.
