R30FS Frames

I finished the SS Swingarms along with the rear brake carriers and moved on to the chassis.
The frame bending fixture looks to be a great sucess. This will insure that every frame is accurate and easy to mfg.
I have a friend with a injection molding shop that is loaning me the mold base to sink the fuel tank cavities into. This will be a huge help.

After 3.5 hours cranking the handles on my mill I am still extremely jealous by the quality of stuff that you turn out. CNC would have been fantastic today.

I cranked handles on a Bridgeport with a Volstro head through the 70s and 80s until I was in great pain. I know what you mean.
I still spend a fare amout of time on the handles of my mill along with the manual lathe work.

yep...doing a one-off prototype isn't a big deal, but trying to machine a limited production run-manually is just pointless without Cnc or at least a digital readout.

Hello guys, I've been looking for a four stroke motor for this bike. The past motor I've seen used were the Black OS fs26 and 30http://www.osengines.com/engines/osmg2091.html. I've looked for these motors now and I see the surpass series. Are the Surpass motors being used now for the four stroke bikes. Can someone post the motors being used and where to get them thanks.
