Anyone with experience with these planes ?

and in general, with any of the EPP planes sold there http://www.phoenixmp.com/

Thanks for any feedback. I am considering a good, crash resistant slope soarer plane, that look better than a zagi, and is not too expensive, so they look like good candidates but would like to get some live experience.

I've had a plane from them

I brought the Fun-Start they sell a few years ago. Stan Yeo, the owner, was very helpful ,as I was a cmplete newbie back then. Phoenix were about the first company to make EPP planes in the UK and the kits seem very well thought out. I've looked at the 60" slopers and they seem very solid, I'm very tempted by one. They use a plywood box fuse, clad in epp, making them very stiff.

I'm afraid I've not seen any of the jets they do, but I suspect they'll be up to the usual standards.
