800 size huey

hi Kin,

how is the 800 huey adaptation for Raptor 50 coming along? i want to put in a E620 10s Raptor and my question is are the belts the same for both Raptors on this model with raised tail? confirm you still have not got any E620 mechs to try out on the 800 huey?
please consider this as well as the TREX600 as there are many E-Raptors out there who might go scale on these 800 fuselages.

thanks.

kind regards,

John

I notice flying-hobby.com in Hong Kong carries new MD500 from "Wing Wing", another supplier in China.

Flying-hobby is also offering Lynx 500 and Huey 600 at lower price; not sure if they are from Kin (TFmodel), but the photos came from Smartmodel website.

Flying-hobby and rcuwnats has never been our dealers so we do not know where they are getting their stocks from, and the price listed on some products are even lower than our cost. I don't know how they do it

You really do not know where they are getting their stock from? Its called the midnight shift. Whenever there is a good thing going, someone will always try to get in on it at your expense. It is bound to happen. Looks like your molds are either being copied or your molds are being used to produce identical items. (Please dont ask me how I know). While you see your sales decline, theirs are going up.

Well Darth,
They are not getting our stocks from the graveyard shift, because we work the graveyard shift in the factory office ourselves !

I have to agree with willis, I know I talk to these guys at the factory as some silly times late at night and very early in the morning..
It beats me how Kin and Willis work such long hours into the early morning.. But they are damn good at what they do..

Someone could have gotten ahold of the fuselage and cast a mold from it. Maybe someone needs to contact FH and RCUwants and inquire about the product. If they are reluctant to release the info then you know something is up. Hate to see this happen with a good guy. Its a dog eat dog world out there.

I have an US Patent (granted) on PC cooling; A name brand US company copied the product modded it slightly and made them in China. I could not do anything unless I spent thousands in legal fee because they have more money than I was willing to spend. That is real world business .......
