You answered your own question. It's a secret!

You can figure it out pretty easily from the photo. It's Pier 30 and Pier 32, just south of the bridge. All the warehouses burned down in the 80's, and it's just a big expanse of asphalt. The city rents it out for various events, but most of the time it's just used as a parking lot. Access is an issue from time to time, but usually you can just drive in and fly. (When it's not too windy, that is.)
