They can get planted just as easy as an RC model.

Just to fly, yes, easier. No orientation issues, except inverted flight.

But also yes, line tension is life.

This is what I do when im not working

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t-n06YZGDDw

Xmas present from the wife. Good think most of the parts are cheap to replace. Replaced two motors, one motor mount, one prop w/gear.

Was suppose to be a video of the Night Vapor. guess ill keep trying obviously not doing something right.

This guy does fantastic video work. The one pilot must be a beneficiary of the dot com era or doesn't expect live long enough for 401k benefits.

I highly recommend checking out his (Av8Chuck) other videos. Some are kind of risqu. The one titled "Road Trip" is made up of snippets of a family visiting a WWII Japanese relocation camp in Yosemite Park. It kind of appears this is what he does for a living.

Awesome video. My Aerospace design professor helped develop the glues and wood building technique for the Mosquito. They used both cold cure and steam cure recorcinol glues that were in some cases as strong as modern epoxies. He said, considering the circumstances, it was the most fun he'd ever had.
