I was able to make a deal for the IKON Cessna Airmaster. I'm hoping the kit (3 boxes worth) will arrive next week.

How do you like the maroon, Glenn ? Is it the color that we envisioned ?

Very nice. How do you keep grass and bugs, and stuff flying through the air off the paint as it's drying?

Glenn was AWOL yesterday, but the bug question is a good one.

I had a minor bug problem on my 195. Nothing to worry about, however.

Maybe Glenn's paint flashes off quickly, before the bugs can do any damage.

Yeah, they only leave their legs/wings in it! and they will wait until it's just tacky enough for them to stick and be impossible for you to get them off/out in one piece!

My plans are to fire up GrPro 50 twin, today. I've had this motor so long, that it's already out of warranty, even though it has never been run.

Hopefully no issues will arise.

Been sanding out the fuselage, getting ready for paint hopefully tomorrow. I finally found a set of golf clubs on ebay to put in the baggage compartment. I'll re-paint this set to match the Cessna 195 colors., but here is what I found... back to sanding... G

Beautiful paintwork Glenn, not sure about the golf clubs, but I'm sure it'll work in the end when you've waved your magic wand over them...in a manner of speaking.

I wonder if a 1/4 scale model of a 1/4 scale model would fit across the back seats?

All she did was fart.

A couple pops. That was it. Since I had taken off the gear reduction unit, my starter would not flip it over. We even tried 24 volts.

Terry, Joyce and I, consoled ourselves with steaks and beer.
