C in relation to lipos...don't know what it stands for but its an "indication" of the speed the amps can be drawn from the pack: Amps (in A not in mah) x C = Amps the pack can safely supply...eg 400mah 20C.....0.4x20=8Amps

TF-triflow

CA- Cyanoacrylate aka superglue

Afr?

But what does the AFR stand for in the Tx "SWASH AFR" adjustment? I saw it once (in a Tx manual), forgot it, and could never find it again. I think I know what it does though (helps tweak rate/direction of CCPM servos?)

Taco typically refers to bending something in half (ie, "the pack was taco'd in that crash"). It stems from the U shaped bend of a taco shell.

Mushroomed is another typical slang for impact damage that causes a flared distortion.

-Kai

P.S. I'm not sure if that's specifically how it's used on other forums, but that's the slang usage I've heard at flying fields.

actually, now that you mention it, I have heard it used that way

so -

Taco -is the most performed heli move- to bend or mangle in a crash!

I thought Taco was in reference to cooking a lipo....

Then again I am Aussie and most of us wear thongs!
