Transport case kit for Introduction/inside F5J
 

Today I have received transport case kit for Introduction/Inside F5J.

On short, in 4 minute you can see my week work.

I weighed the package. Everything weighs about 5 kg.

Manual in german, but google translator can do it now for document, and I translate in english. Only some "doubler" was "Doppler" :).

Cutting, grinding, matching ...

Today I started reading the manual and trying to see if everything fits. I really like. It's ok.

If the plywood had been perfectly flat and not slightly curved, I would have taken the second box.

The kit gives everything you need until the last screw needed for assembly.

I prepared everything to start making the necessary joints in the next few days.

As I find in printed manual that I received with the kit, I make reinforcements from leftover material 4 x 68x 50 mm and 3 x 45x50 mm. (In pdf manual that I have downloaded, this missing.) I like to have all pieces before begin glue and mount.

Then I do first two step from manual. Glue with thin CA, sand, and begin step 3. It's a little difficult if you don't have a table board of 1,5 meter and many clamps.

Now waiting some hour to dry first side.

All sides of half of box are waiting now to dry ... All fit perfectly.

My box is starting to take shape. I'm getting to the end. A little more :).

Some little change to fix more well the fuselage.

All reinforcements glued in right place ... Next, sanding, aplly cover foil, fittings, screws, etc.

Ok. today I have finished this project !

All fittings, screw fit perfectly. A nice kit ! Wonderful box for Introduction or Inside F5J.
