Ok my F3A biplane first I had a good look around at what was up for grabs and there is not a lot and what is out there is keep hush hush or is very expensive there are planes for basa .
So I set about nocking one up first fuz was to tail heavy but I wanted a long movement arm for those big loops so had to trim it down at the back and design so I could get all the heavy stuff up front if I can get it out at 6 to 7kg , I will be happy or light will be a bonus but she is 1700 wing span and around 2m long with a 45cc gas motor up front wing section fully symmetrical all wood build up designed around a box with the motor on the front tanks and all the rest in side the box servos for the elevator will set in the second rib of the tail on bough sides adds a little more weighty to the back but it will be worth it in the long run one servo for the wings one for the ruder mounted up front using close loop all the parts are cut with cnc router with slots and grove for easy and perfect aligned construction the files that come on the cd you have all info that you need to cut and construct this model with step by step video and fig instruction all the cnc and 3D print files are there so you can get it cut by a cnc and 3Dprint service or on your own router

redesign on the extra to give a better cg and take out as much weight as i can the prototype is flying ok but the 3D flying is not that good i am using the fg45i gas motor but wont to set it up for a 60cc twin as well
so will set up the motor box so it will move forward for the 45 and beck for the extra weight of the 60 twin

This is my cub the I can scale it up or down the cnc layouts are on 3 sheets of light ply 1200x300x3mm and has the options of light ply rear fuz or 9.3x9.3 hard balsa. The fin and tail are cut from light ply and then you add 4x10mm balsa to bough sides the this gives them good strength with out the weight wing ribs have lighting holes to cep the weight down the 2100m cub weight is around 4.5Kg. The wing have soft wood spars,on the wing cnc layout there is a slot so the ribs slots on to the spar to give the right spacing of ribs the rib-lets are slotted as well the trailing edge center fixing plat and tips are cut from light ply and have a tong and groove joint the trailing edge have slots in them so ever thing lines up the leading edge is made form a hard wood and slotted the same i am using a os 91 4strok

I have posted the original dwg files in a zip please let me no how you get no with them the cnc cub design and cutting flies belong to kitsew aviation with all rights
