WINGLESCOUT XT-1 Foldable Mavic Pro Clone Review and Flight Test (15 min 25 sec)

Yep, another Mavic Pro clone. It actually flies well and it's fun for me because I don't have a Mavic and it looks like it flying through the air. It makes me want to get one now though. I've seen refurbs for $699. So tempting.

HBX 12891 1:12 Scale 4WD RC Desert Truck with LEDs (4 min 54 sec)

668 R8-WH Drone with 1080p HD Camera Altitude Hold Wifi FPV - Review and Flight Test (11 min 38 sec)

Really decent camera, but it suffers from lots of Jello. Still trying to figure out a way to mitigate it. My go-to foam hasn't worked.

JJRC H345 Foldable Drone Review and Flight Test - You Get Two Quadcopters for the Price of One (18 min 4 sec)

Ok, so the first question some of you might ask is: can you fly them both at the same time? Well, technically you can since they both bind to the controller at the same time, but you won't be able to control them both adequately. These little foldable drones/quadcopters fly great and the fact that you get two for the price of one is a pretty darn good deal. These are good flippers with bright LEDs and they charge up within 30-minutes or so. They have built-in 3.7v 200mah batteries and both will get you 5-minutes each. The listing says they have altitude hold, but they definitely do not.

-RTH and failsafes work as they should

-Proprietary battery
-Live video feed range does not match true control range
-Prop installation is a bit cumbersome with the prop nuts and silicone washers

Virhuck V02 1/12 Scale 6WD Brushless RC Off Road Truck Review and Test (28 min 29 sec)

Ok, I'm mainly a quad guy but when I'm not in the air I will be going with the ground game. This truck just got me hooked; it's a lot of fun and really does take a beating. I ran it through mud puddles, gravel, tall grass, leaves,
and pavement and it handled each terrain without any trouble. I probably flipped it over a good 50 times, and it has held up well. I didn't know I would have as much fun with this as I did, and I'm fairly confident that it will hold up to bashing it around. Spare parts are also available on Banggood.com.

-Good power and speed from the 2216 brushless motor
-Good build quality and durable (so far)
-Waterproof ESC
-Effective metal shock absorbers
-Solid 20-minutes of run time
-Good control range

-The power switch on the truck fell off, so I had to reattach it
-Sometimes reverse does not engage as fast as I would like it
-Easy to flip (this is also due to user error); requires gentle movements at high speeds

Syma X56W Foldable Drone Wifi FPV Altitude Hold Review and Flight Test (17 min 43 sec)

The X56W is Syma's entry into the foldable quadcopter market and it has the standard features: wifi fpv, altitude hold, auto takeoff and land. Nothing super special, but it performs just like any other Syma. Still waiting on Syma to release something innovative...brushless, maybe?

-Altitude hold functions well
-Good flight time
-Becomes fairly compact when folded

-Limited range
-Video quality is meh

JJRC H37 Mini Baby Elfie 720P HD Foldable Pocket Drone Review (23 min 0 sec)

I was kind of surprised by how easy this Baby Elfie is to fly and the camera quality is much better than a lot of quads in the same "selfie" category. Video and photo resolution looks best when viewing on your phone. This one performs well for the sub-$50 price.

-Decent photo and video quality
-Easy to fly with the G-Sensor controller
-Very stable altitude hold in low winds
-Bright LEDs

-Soft images in low light
-Relatively short flight time, but that may mitigate premature motor burnout
-Very lightweight and while it fights wind well, it gets affected by the wind rather easily making stable video and photos a challenge

Bayangtoys X16 Brushless GPS Quadcopter Full Review and Flight Test (38 min 49 sec)

I finally got a hold of the Bayangtoys X16 and it definitely lives up to all of the hype. Bottom line, I highly recommend this GPS quadcopter. For the price, I don't think you can do much better in a GPS camera quadcopter with brushless motors that can carry GoPro sized action cameras. So far, the Bayangtoys X16 is the best cheap GPS quadcopter with brushless motors that I have tested.

-Fast satellite lock-on
-GPS positioning is very good
-Return to Home accuracy is pretty darn good
-Very powerful brushless motors (most noticeable when throttling up)
-Ability to turn GPS off
-Can carry GoPro style action cameras and is a fairly stable camera platform even at full pitch
-Quiet operation

-Relatively short flight time
-Poorly written instructions manual
-A little wobbly at times during flight

Virhuck 1/32 Scale 2WD Mini RC Truck Review (18 min 4 sec)

This little 2WD mini RC truck is a lot of fun. I didn't really know what to expect out of it because of the $20 price tag, but it's actually a solid remote control truck. I've been pretty rough with it crashing into walls and stuff on the deck and garage and it has held up well. The one thing that I don't like is the little rubber grommets that keep the truck body affixed come off when you crash. They're so small so once I ran the truck outside and crashed, I lost them. Not a huge deal, but I'll have to put some putty or glue there to keep the body on now.

RedPawz R011 All in One Budget Micro FPV Bundle Review - Everything You Need is in the Box (25 min 11 sec)

If you're looking for an easy way to get into FPV then RedPawz R011 is a great way to do it. This one gets my highest recommendation for beginners just getting into FPV and also those that just want a one-stop shop budget micro fpv package. You will need to do a simple mod by pulling the receiver antenna through the top of the canopy to get better control range, but that's about the only CON I can think of (maybe flight time, but most of these tiny whoops have short flight times). It's essentially the same product as the Eachine E013. The transmitter is small, but the sticks are long enough for pinchers and the goggles are very impressive in terms of video quality. I get a crisp and clear picture from these despite how small they are.

JJRC H42WH Butterfly Review - Altitude Hold Wifi FPV and Voice Control (22 min 39 sec)

-Low rate is slow enough for beginners and indoor flying
-It looks like a psychedelic butterfly
-Altitude hold works well
-Headless mode works well
-Voice control works

-Does not fight wind well; best flown indoors
-The app crashed a lot

FEILUN FX176C1 GPS Brushed RC Quadcopter Full Review - PART 2 (14 min 23 sec)

The FEILUN FX176C1 has potential, but the app developer definitely needs to update the app to allow all features to work. Also, the telemetry data coming through on the controller is completely unreliable. Return to home works well enough and the GPS hold is pretty good. Don't forget to watch Part 1 of this review as well. I will do a follow up video if any updates are made to the app.

FEILUN FX176C1 GPS Brushed RC Quadcopter Full Review - PART 1 (29 min 30 sec)

This is Part 1. I had to break up the review or the video would have been an hour long. Lot's to cover with this one. One of the few cheap toy grade quadcopters with GPS.

RedPawz EV800 Pro 5.8ghz Diversity Goggles Review - with DVR (14 min 18 sec)

The EV800 Pro is a good budget FPV goggle. This is my upgrade from the Eachine VR007 goggles.
