Motorised Alula: got abit tired of chasing my Alula around ridges and parks so put a small Hyperion motor set up on it and transformed it into a soaring eagle. Flys brilliantly, is very aerobatic and still ridge soars nicely with motor shut off. Terrorises the local bird population. When the folding props are back against the fuse you can't even see the motor in flight.
Motorised Graupner Mosquito: 2.5m wingspan with detachable motor mount. Glides beautifully. Will make a better looking mount sometime as the prototype was fully adjustable so I could sort out the best thrust angle to max out the climb rate.

Had a rush of blood to the head awhile back and thought I would see how my Outrage performed as a float plane. The standard GWS floats (for the Beaver etc) are just the right size. Handles well on the water as the rudder has a lot of authority due to its size and flying performance is about 75% of stock. Has a real short takeoff run and is a barrell of laughs. I just used the existing undercarriage with some c/f rods c/aed in place. Some pics below, together with some links to a couple of vids that inspired me:
