Halloa peoples

Sooo yes you probably know the T-Motor brand and there is a good change you use, or have used them (cause they also OEM for other brands).. But T-Motor has a reputation of making slightly more expensive motors probably?
Recently however they released some Budget motors (Velox) and mid-range (Pacer) motors In the video I review the last ones after doing at least 100 flights with them..

The motors: T-Motor Pacer P2207.5 (4S and 6S versions available) drone motors

For my tests with these motors I used CNHL 1100mah 6S Black Series lipo's.. I would hereby like to appologize to those lipo's :P

Halloa people,

soooo it has been a while since Runcam released the Runcam 2 right? I'm not completely sure but it must have been 4-5 years
Back then the RC2 was a great action-cam option for multirotors and it indeed was the first recorder I strapped onto a quad :P

But.. time moves on and we now finally have a 4K version of it!
The shape of these camera's also make them handy for airplanes which is indeed what I was still using the RC2 for

Halloa RC people

soooo recently I started jet another FPV quadcopter build.. In my video on the frame I posted a list of the components and quite a few people asked why I was using KO Tech motors here.. Partly probably because it is a lesser known brand (?)

The Demon Seed Cryo 2208 1900 KV's : https://www.ko-distribution.eu/demon-seed-motors

Dealer list: https://www.ko-technologies.com/where-to-buy

Well guess what.. here IS why

Halloa people

so if you are into multirotors you have probably come across the new Folding propellers from DALprop (?)
And you can probably see the potential convenience of folding props right?

BUT... yeah.. that

And well.. let us see what these are about

Halloa people

sometimes you come across products that are just that extra bit special. The frame the video below shows is such a product..
But in the end it turned out to be even more special as it is an 1-of-1 limited edition :O

When I ordered the frame I didn't know they'd do this

Link to it: GepRC Mark4 5" freestyle quad - 6S version

Halloa RC people

I'll tell you this: it is offten a good practice to just use things you Know work well.. In my case I for instance know that the Diatone / Mamba F722S stacks are rock-solid (I have at least 15 in running quads)..
On the flip side however! If you never try new stuff you can't find out what works :P So today I'm taking a look at a FC stack from a company you might have never heard of (?)

Link to the stack: Zeez Design F7 stack at Banggood

or: Same stack from the TBS store

I will be posting updates on this stack but I should add I Have by now successfully test-flown the quad it's in

Halloa Easter bunny's

a couple of months ago now, I came across some new battery packs from ZOHD.. Now ZOHD is known for foam FPV airaplanes, but definately not for battery packs..
Sooo these packs are basically specifically made for the type of airplanes they sell.. And I would say making prefab LION packs is a good idea since not everybody wants to weld / solder 18650 packs together...

But.. on seeing the packs at BG I felt like taking the 4S pack "a bit" outside of it's comfort level....

The 4S pack: ZOHD 4S Lion pack

The 2S pack: ZOHD 2S Lion pack

Sooooo let us then see if the pack survived

Never been tried before! :O - ZOHD LION Pack Experiment (22 min 44 sec)

Halloa people

Time for a side-by-side comparison this time
on paper the Foxeer Predator 4 & Runcam Racer 3 are very both very similar & capable Racing FPV camera's..
To this I should add that I generally very much prefer the Racer 2 & 3 from Runcam over other camera's.. BUT I am ready to be proven wrong!

+ inexpensive
+ light

downsides:
+ no ND filter
+ no 2.7K 30 fps
+ no WIFI
