looking down into the lower hull you can see standoff's that are formed into the plastic to accomidate the distribution board that will be included with the basic kit. They are prethreaded for the same 10-24 nylon screws used to attach the Arm enclosure panels.

Before attaching the distribution board to the lower hull the ESC's should be plugged into the board. The kit includes heat shrink for reinforcing this connection. This one step will help to avoid a lot of crashes. These esc's came with XT60 connectors.

The frame parts are specially made to register together precisely and are joined using an industrial adhesive that shares the same flexibility and resistance to fracture as the plastic used for the shell.

Hi RC Groups. I posting a build log of one of my new Thin Shell multi rotor airframes. This is the first in what will be an all encompassing line of quads, hex's, as well as dedicated specific use designs.
The design begins with a 3D model of the aircraft. I have used SketchUp throughout my career as a cabinet and furniture maker. This is by far the most difficult part. I had gone through 5 previous versions to this stage that were never realized.
