Life is hard... when it comes to multirotors, life becomes much harder.

Fortunately, there are these guys. They break it down barney style for us newbs, and save us countless of hours and frustration. There are many Super Friends throughout all of RCgroups. Oscar ling, mochaboy, phractured blue, Daryoon, and even some vendors such as Chris from Armattanquads that takes the time to explain their products. Anywho, I intend on growing this list for quick references for myself, as well as others.

If you ever want to take the time to pm them to send them thanks, paypal them some money, or hook them up with your rich friend, feel free to pm them. After all, they probably saved you from throwing your quad against the wall, or even divorce.

Having tuning issues? Dial 1 800 JohnZM PIDS

Morphite 180
(boris betaflight 1.11.0)

Mugenski: Heres a Johnzm tune for betaflight 1.10 on PID2

Personally, I prefer the cleanflight 1.8.1 for the tune. This particular tunes has worked very well for me on different batteries (2s, 3s, and 4s) and different multirotors (atom, raiju, morphite 180, morphite X, etc).

However, I like betaflight because it allows me to flash escs through the fc; saving a lot of time and teardown. As a builder and family man, I am always looking to save time.

Having issues flashing yo esc? Joshuabardwell to the rescue!

these two videos cover what took me weeks to wrap my mind around.

use arduino to flash escs:

Armattan Morphite 180mm frame to make Octophite

Top motors dys 1306/2300kv
Bottom motors Armattan 1306/3100kv
Dys escs

Very stable, very smooth. One esc going bad but unnoticeable in flight despite esc stuttering in mid air.

RotorX Atom rx122 frame to make Octomic

All motors 1104/4000kv

Just like regular atom, quad likes to push forward.
