just some more video of the Nanoshark. I was flying WOT nearly the whole time and the Motor was barely warm after landing. The cooling is as best as I could get it, since the motor is just sticking out in the front of the nose.
I must admit, I was disappointed with the Super Park Jet's performance on 3S, but when I tried 4S it changed my mind about it. For $39.99 from Hobby Lobby you can't beat it.

Here are some close up photos of the 3D Nanoshark 2 prototype w/ articulating tail.

The Wing platform is the same wing of the Nanoshark. which there is a free downloadable in PDF on our website for cutting template files.
there is a difference though. the wing chord has been extended and the ailerons are full strip ailerons which have been about doubled in it's chord as well.

the tail surfaces.. are just made to look like fins... sort of..

in the video the plane didn't have enough elevator throw nor enough rudder throw.

I never tried to fly this again... But I am sure it will 3D well once I install longer servo arms.

it takes 2 servos to move the rudder. set up as a push/pull - pull/push system using carbon rods.

The tail section is segmented much like a vertebre and connected using filament tape. while the carbon rods are connected to each segment via pushrod tube on the ends.

well... I wonder if anyone will make it better and improve on this design.
Sure would be nice to see it fly better than I did.
the airplane flys good, the pilot (me) could use some work...

I can't fly 3D!!!
