I will rant about this for a moment. It seems to me that Horizon needs to chill on their naming style. At least for the Heli's that are forthcoming in the near future.

It seems to me they've gone right to the top shelf with the names that they have chosen lately for their micro helis especially.

They missed out on usable terms like Sub-Mini, Sub-Micro and the like. Jumped straight to Micro with the Mcpx.

It's a good example, because they got all up-ity and went right to the x, as in Mcpx. If they had started slow like they did with the Msr. It would only now be called an Mcpx. Instead of being called a Mcpx V2. As though that makes me feel any better when I look at it from a difference standpoint anyways. It makes no difference to me whether or not they rename an updated bird that should have been that way to begin with and then some.

V2........ It's really just a possible indicator to someone seeing it for the first time that there might have been a problem with V1. Since, if someone got curious to see what the V1 looked like, they would be very hard-pressed to see any difference. Said person might then proceed to investigate......Say at a place like this, with many great minds wandering around, just handing out tons of information. They would then get the whole story, and the big H will have gotten it's 'curtain' pulled back anyways to a new customer.

Then there's the Nano, which sitting next to my Micro single rotor looks pretty darned comparable. While my Msr is

So tonight I smoked my motor for the Nano and have been typing like crazy, so I thought I'd spare everyone in the Nano thread the madness that overcame me in the night by continuing to bang away here instead of there in the thread.

Not that I'm pissed mind you. I said in the thread that I would have a civil word with them. I mean civil. If I meant crazy pissed off I would have used the smiley at least.
