I must apologise for not keeping up to date, if you asked me what I had been doing, all sorts I suppose, except pursuing the hobby!!
I thought once retired I would have hours on end to do what I like, and yet the days have flown by and I have enjoyed every second of retirement. The maintainence and improvement jobs have been coming thick and fast.Will be back soon.
,,Hi fellow modellers,
I have tried before to join this outfit, but got some detail wrong, and it all went pear shaped!
Any way, all though I`m 65, I have a real thing about the model air craft, have been that way since a little lad!

In those days, I was unable to afford any decent radio gear, but once I started earning decent money, I came back into the hobby to put things right, and started building and buying kits like they were going out of fashion!
I must have about 14 models, ranging from ;
yes I still have the Matador, Fly boy, Junior Scram, Trenton Terror, Spartan, Magnattila, electric glider, Skyways Tiger Moth, 1/5th scale prem. DH82a Tiger Moth, Mighty Falcon, 1/4 scale SE5.etc. chat again . D.H.
