Next up will be my beautiful Hanger 9 F4U Corsair.

It's pretty much NIB, but I epoxied at least one of the wing roots in place (I'll have to check, it's been a couple years).

$200.00 (Firm).

Same deal as the GeeBee: I'm not interested in shipping this beast, you can pick it up anywhere (same latitude ) between Yuma and San Diego.

Just in case you are wondering.... Yes, I am firm on the price.

Thanks for looking.

Some of the local boys have started a new form of fun.

First, we all purchased the Hobby People Wingsail (Pinky) plane for our mothers, daughters, wives, etc...

http://www.hobbypeople.net/gallery/160529.asp

Our Rules:

1.. Paint: You can paint your pinky to your liking, but you must leave the pretty pink dots.

2.. Build: All builds must use equivalent motor/esc/battery combos.

3.. Events: Combat/Pylon Races/Formation Flying

More fun than a barrel of monkeys! I'll be posting up additional photos and video next weekend....Continue Reading

Still getting this one dialed in. A larger flying field would be helpful.

Second flight was this morning. The conditions were not perfect, but the AAA Crew was on stand-by to get the video and photos, so we went for it. The end results are.. Well, watch the video.. You be the judge..

The Vimeo Link has raw ground footage from start to finish, and the Youtube Video has a mix of camera angles as well as a little bit of GNR "live and let die"

Enjoy.

I just got a new Canon 40D, so as I learn the features of the camera, I will be adding photos and hoping that I will progress quickly in this new hobby. Now if I could just take shots of my planes while I am flying......Continue Reading
