My wife bought me the Cessna 310-B lazer kit for this past father's day. This is the same plane Sky King (Songbird) flew in the Saturday morning TV show I used to watch as a kid. I got the full size plan in yesterday now I need to find how much balsa and what dimensions so I can purchase the wood then start getting it together. It will be interesting as I plan to put re tracks on it. I have never done anything with re tracks. There is always a first time for everything.

I am a novice both to this site and to RC flying. I have just recently purchased a trainer plane and have looked into joining an RC club here locally in San Diego California.
I also purchased the Microsoft Flight Simulator X. I am enjoying my simulator and have even added some vintage WWII planes to it. I like the fighter planes and hope to fly one someday. But first I need to learn my trainer.
I do have a question if anyone can answer it I would appreciate it. Someone told me there was a wire or interface I could buy that would let my RC controller control my simulator but they knew nothing else about it. They said it was available on the internet. Does anyone know anything about it? Any info would be much appreciated.
I look forward to knowing some of you and letting some of you know me.
