Picked this basket case up here on RCG. I plan to get it running, then maybe add some polish/paint for fun. It's pretty rough, but complete. I plan to buy as few parts as possible, probably only new bearings, but we'll see. Issues that need addressing from worst to minor:

Bearings are basically stuck - I got them freed up but still need to replace them -
Carb is a brick - Got it freed up with a soak, some heat and some polishing, should be useable -
Cam is rough - soaked, scrubbed and ground the cam faces nice and clean -
Head screw holes in case are stripped - Drilled and tapped to M4, had to turn down the SHCS heads to fit in head -
Cam followers are a bit rough - polished up -
One Rocker is stuck - soaked and worked it free and cleaned up -
Choke pivot/spring is rusty - soaked and scrubbed, works fine, may not use -
Screws are rusty - replaced w/ new stainless SHC screws -
Carb o-ring is in 3 peices - bought new one -

But...everything is there

Piston/cylinder look nice
Valves look pretty good I have that going for me.

I'll update as I go...

OK, I give up...I $%*#ed up the crankcase...It was fun while it lasted.
