I had the wonderful opportunity to get in three flights on the soon-to-be-released FlightLineRC P-38L available to pre-order now at Motion RC and it is absolutely AWESOME!

Bottom line: This is simply the best foamy P-38, I've ever flown. Vertical performance is outstanding, it's super stable in the slow, dirty configuration and it looks so freakin good.

If you're a warbird fan, the FlightLineRC P-38 is a must for your fleet.

Evelyn and I had an awesome time at AMA Expo 2016. We were encouraged to see more fixed wing aircraft return to the event since multi-rotors dominated last year....not that there's anything wrong with that.

We spent quality time with many old friends and were thankful to gain many new friends...by far, the best part of the event. Thanks everyone and we hope to see you to AMA Expo 2017! ...Continue Reading

Over the past few months, my daughter and I have had the pleasure of supporting the RutanRC team as they prepare to launch their Kickstarter campaign, which will enable the company to produce RC models of Burt Rutan's cutting edge aircraft as well as encourage design ideas by you. How cool is that? As we witnessed some of the early RutanRC test flights, my daughter and I were amazed by the craftsmanship and flying qualities of each model. With your contributions, you will have the opportunity to make this new company and their awesome RC models reality. Furthermore, you have the exclusive opportunity to own these models well before the public...OH YA! Be sure to check out the inspirational video and share with family, friends and our model aviation family.

It is with great pleasure and excitement that I share with you, the Kickstarter campaign link for RutanRC:

Just a quick note to thank all who've contributed to help make this film about Burt Rutan reality. My first post about this film was on Feb. 28, 2015 and the campaign had only raised $13K of the $80K goal. As of today, the campaign has raised 95% of it's fundraising goal to get this important film made. Only $4K is needed within the next 7 days.

Here's the link to the Kickstarter page to make a contribution and be sure to watch the video:

When I think of Burt Rutan, I think of a modeler who took his PASSION and BIG DREAMS to NEW HEIGHTS! Burt took his passion for model aviation further then anyone else and is still making those dreams reality, even in retirement. In the link below, you'll see Burt not only building another extraordinary aircraft—in his garage but you have the opportunity to support this amazing project. Very, Very Cool!

If you are a Burt Rutan fan or would just like to support a fellow modeler and AMA member, please check out the link below to support a documentary on the life of Burt Rutan. This has never been done before and can happen with your support.

I'm proud to support this documentary and I know you will be too! Also, check out the cool gifts being offered with your contribution.

Be sure to watch the great video on the link and please share this link with others. Thank you!

Here's photos of the Freewing 90mm T-45 Goshawk, soon to be available from Motion RC, date TBD (hopefully in a few months).

I had the pleasure of flying this amazing EDF jet and it is, without a doubt, the best Scale "PnP" Foamy EDF Jet, I've ever seen and/or flown to date....PERIOD! Freewing continues to knock each offering out of the park but this one is far beyond what they've offered in terms of scale detail and features.

More info and photos coming soon on the amazing jet.

Check out the photos below and see for yourself! I'm getting two!!!!
