Finnaly, I finished modfying hull shape and side floats, or sponsons.
The hull shape has corncave at nose part and basically straight at latter part, it will be easy to take off from the water, I think. I made side floats to be volumed up to get more stable in crosswind.

A gorgeous pilot in ICON A-5 by nfd hobby is just fit to this sea plane.

I did want peaceful pilot like her. Such pilot is perfect for a relaxing destination, I think.

I want to have the maiden flight ASAP.

The other day a pilot arrived from HK.
Just the size!
Pilot Model Female (61x29x44mm)
Her weight is only 17 gram.

A small PET bottle located behind is a hot lemon with ginger juice.
It's very popular in Japan. I love this in winter.

After two piece of fuselage parts, it's time to modify or change the small ICON's hull shape.
I've already made a special hull plate that will work to easy to take off from the water, I hope.
Now it's just before paste up the hull plate. I reinforced hull plastic plate by micro fibleglass cloth.
The first stage of modification is to get big hole at the bottom of the fuselage.
To adjust to the fuselage, I added spacer parts cut from polystyrene paper this also work for buffer material from the water beating the hull.
And bung up water discharging hole that has never woorked well.
